Dissatisfaction

I wonder how it is that someone who has attended one of the best middle and high schools in the country, gone on to an Ivy league school, and had such an amazing semester abroad can still have achieved so little and be such a failure.

  1. That is my life. Except for the part where I didn't go to an Ivy or go abroad because I accepted failure early. :P

People say it'll all work out...I sure do hope they are right.

  2. I hope so too, Sofa. I've heard hard work and the ability to communicate well are really all you need, but what do you do when you have no marketable skills?

And a side note- we have yet to meet up this summer!

  3. I don't know! I've also heard it's about people you know. I'm on a desperate quest to make all the connections I can right now.

I know! It's because I am in Boston for the summer. I will be visiting NYC again in August so maybe we can hang out then? :)

  4. Yeah! I've noticed that too...it's all about connections.

Definitely see you in August! If you're around in mid-late August you'll even get to meet one of my Swedish friends who's visiting me around then :)
